  • 1. 50g fish cakes (diamond-shaped pieces)

  • 2. 10g scallions (slices)

  • 3. Sesame oil (to taste)

  • 4. 150g purified water

  • 5. 1 hard-boiled egg

  • 6. 5g granulated sugar

Preparation Process:

1. Add water and spicy rice cake sauce to a wok.

2. Add rice cake strips and fish cakes.

3. Heat over medium heat until boiling, then reduce to medium heat.
