Production
Evenly coat the bottom of the clay pot with sesame oil and heat the pot to enhance the flavor of the bibimbap.
Add rice and arrange the vegetables as desired.
Top with authentic bibimbap sauce and place the fried egg on top.
Drizzle sesame oil along the sides of the pot.
Heat the stone pot until it sizzles, then hold for 20 seconds.
Garnish with sesame seeds on top when serving.

Core Ingredients
1. Combine all vegetables and meat in the correct proportions and set aside.
2. Add cooking oil and sauté the following ingredients: shredded carrots, zucchini slices, minced meat, and blanched mushrooms. Stir-fry until cooked through. Add a little beef powder during the stir-frying process.
3. Blanch the spinach, mung bean sprouts, and mushrooms. Rinse briefly in hot water.
