Production

  • 1.

    Evenly coat the bottom of the clay pot with sesame oil and heat the pot to enhance the flavor of the bibimbap.

  • 2.

    Add rice and arrange the vegetables as desired.

  • 3.

    Top with authentic bibimbap sauce and place the fried egg on top.

  • 4.

    Drizzle sesame oil along the sides of the pot.

  • 5.

    Heat the stone pot until it sizzles, then hold for 20 seconds.

  • 6.

    Garnish with sesame seeds on top when serving.

Core Ingredients

  • 1. Combine all vegetables and meat in the correct proportions and set aside.

  • 2. Add cooking oil and sauté the following ingredients: shredded carrots, zucchini slices, minced meat, and blanched mushrooms. Stir-fry until cooked through. Add a little beef powder during the stir-frying process.

  • 3. Blanch the spinach, mung bean sprouts, and mushrooms. Rinse briefly in hot water.

  • 300g cooked rice

  • 30g shredded carrots (2mm wide x 5cm long)

  • 30g zucchini slices (5mm thick each)

  • 30g shredded cucumbers (2mm wide x 5cm long)

  • 30g chopped shiitake mushrooms (1cm x 5cm long)

  • 30g spinach (5cm long)

  • 30g mung bean sprouts (5cm long)

  • 30g minced meat

  • 3g shredded seaweed

  • 1 egg (fried)

  • 2g sesame oil
