Korean Black Bean Noodles Sauce

    Prepare all vegetables and meats according to the specified proportions and set aside. Cook the noodles in advance (simmer for 6 minutes after the water boils, then rinse with cold water until the water runs clear).

  • 1. 75g Zhajiangmian (noodles with soybean paste)

  • 2. 15g water

  • 3. 200g cooked noodles

  • 4. 10g cooking oil

Seasonings

  • 45g minced pork belly

  • 100g onion (chopped)

  • 15g chopped scallions

  • 15g minced garlic

  • hredded cucumber

  • White sesame seeds

Preparation Process:

1. Prepare vegetables: Chop onion into chunks, julienne cucumber, mince pork belly, mince scallions and garlic, set aside.

2. Cook noodles in advance, then rinse with cold water and set aside.

3. Heat oil in a wok, add cooking oil, and sauté the minced pork belly until fragrant and slightly browned.

4. Add minced scallions, garlic, sauce, and onion in that order, and stir-fry evenly.

5. Finally, add the cooked noodles, stir-fry evenly, remove from heat, and garnish with julienned cucumber.


Key Points of Operation:

1. Be careful not to burn the minced scallions and garlic when stir-frying.

2. Do not add too much cucumber strips; just a small amount is enough for garnish, so as not to affect the taste.
