2. Industry Core: Jiaolai Street and Wangtuan Market

The "heart" of the Jiaozhou chili pepper industry is in Jiaolai Street (formerly Jiaolai Town). The "Jiaolai Wangtuan Chili Industrial Park," also known as the "Wangtuan Chili Market," is one of the largest professional chili wholesale markets in Northern China.
